Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms had considerable street noise at night, which actually suited my mom's preference for being on the first floor due to difficulty with stairs, the ones at the rear were quieter, unlike the front ones that faced the busy street. The service was top-notch, super friendly, and extremely helpful, especially when solving a problem we encountered. The location felt like the heart of downtown Santa Ana, making it convenient to explore the city. However, the dining experience was very basic and a bit noisy early in the morning. On the bright side, the staff was wonderful and attentive, providing services like room service with a smile. Overall, a decent option if you don't mind a bit of noise and value a central location.
